During this fall semester of my MA in Strategic Communication, my course load consisted solely of “Digital Content Promotion.” As a semester-long project, each student was assigned to run an integrated marketing campaign for an actual business.
Knowing that my friend Sarah sometimes struggles running social media for her side business as a floral designer, I asked if we could work together on her business The Victorian Petal. Obviously she agreed, and we published about three times as much as was required by my class in order to get her business pumped up for engagement season.
This video outlines the work I turned in for class, and the happy news is that not only did I maintain my 4.0 GPA, but we increased web traffic and sales for her business substantially!
