Fish Shocking, as far as I understand, is the process of electrically stunning fish long enough to gather them up. In this case, the Sunday Creek Watershed Group did so in order to identify, count, and weigh the specimen as a measure of how well their water is doing. So to speak.
Actually it was kind of fun, not that great for picture taking, but I got to touch my first fish.
