After several weeks of bothering the Ohio DNR at large and waiting for a killing frost followed by a day over 45 degrees… I was able to follow a couple of employees spraying (to kill) garlic mustard at the Desonier Nature Preserve.
While walking back to my car (and their baloney sandwiches) we found this unfortunate headless deer. Thankfully, I’ve watched enough crime shows to be ok with the carnage, but the deer was still, er, squishy. Terrible that what could be used was wasted.
